We were treated so unbelievably horrible at Carmi Dairy Queen. We went to through the drive thru and the lady who took our order was very short with us. When we pulled up to the window we confronted her and she acted as if she did nothing wrong. We asked to speak with a manager and she was standing right next to her and heard the entire thing. The manager (which was a young girl) said “she didn’t do anything wrong!” With a very disrespectful tone in her voice. We asked to talk to the owner and they said he wasn’t there but he’d be there tomorrow. We will be going up there tomorrow to talk to him. Something definitely needs to be done here. This is a joke! The town of Carmi is nothing but white trash! Smh!!! I’m done!
This is THE BEST DQ in all of the southeastern Illinois/Indiana area. And also the cheapest. Better quality and lower price! Can't beat that. They actually put a decent amount of toppings in your blizzard as opposed to the rest that skimp. I've never had the chicken strips or fries taste like old grease here. That happened in Evansville. The prices in Mcleansboro and Harrisburg are almost a dollar higher (For ice cream at least) and they hardly put any toppings. I've never had to wait too long here. They're really friendly. It's really the best DQ in this area. This is my honest opinion. No one offered me free ice cream for my review lol. And I'm not related to anyone working here.
Just stopped by this DQ while here for an afternoon. The bread was stale and the chicken strips are not what they used to be. Also lady at mic didnt get all my order before pulling to window when pulled up 3 dif teens handed me something from my order not a single one said thank you have a great day. only thing any of em said was here is this and this heres that. Then i drove off with my order with stale toast!
Suck onion rings always burnt. Cold hamburger's an melted blizzards. No no please don't turn it up side down! Go to Evansville if you want good DQ
